At BlissBox Gifting, we strive to ensure every gift is perfect. However, if things don't go as planned, here is our transparent policy.
360° Opening Video
A **360° compulsory fully parcel open video** is required for all return claims. This helps us verify the condition of the package as received.
Return Timeline
The customer has to send the packet back to us within **3 days** of delivery.
Shipping Charges
Dispatched courier charges will be charged and are non-refundable.
Quality Check
Once we receive the parcel, we’ll perform a quality check. If the product is found to be in the same good condition as delivered, we will process the refund.
Damaged Products
If the product is damaged, NO refund will be given.
